It all started when we opened a simple market stall to sell products from local farmers and offered tasting samples. The range continued to increase as we began to add products from other farmers and artisan producers.

Culinary delights from South Tyrol is our slogan. The products are local, simple and authentic rather than noble and the Pustertal Valley is the source of many of the dishes and ingredients now regarded as typical South Tyrolean.
